User id switch.... No reply from GC

I requested a user id switch, as I was not happy with my original user id. I HAVE read the FAQ, and sent a reqeust to contact@geochaching.com, asking to have my premium membership transferred from my original user id, to my new one.

 

This was done over a day ago, and I've still not heard anything from GC.

 

Anyone have any idea how long this will take?

 

I've got about a dozen finds to log, and don't want to log them to my old user id, only to have to move all of them if and when I get the new user id.

It's the weekend.

 

Your inquiry will be answered sometime Monday or later, when Groundspeak's staff returns to the office.

 

In the past I think they've been happy to transfer over premium memberships in connection with account name changes.

 

Thanks Keystone.... kinda what I figured, just wanted some additional input....
