I'll pick up the cost for shipping in the U.S. This will be the fully unlicensed sofware from an iFinder "plus" package that I do not need. I also failed to mention that this includes the other items with the plus package -- the SD card reader with USB connection and an SD memory card. I think it is 64 MB. If there are no takers, I'm going to take this down in a day or so and exchange the plus package for a receiver alone since that is all that I need.
