It comes with charger/sync cradle, cover, slipcase and a getting started cd. It is running Palm OS v. 3.5.2. I tested it and it starts up but it is dated and would be great just to used for Geocaching. I don't know how long the rechargeable battery last but I have not had any trouble with it.
