+thunderbird30
I apologise if this has been asked before, but after trawling through previous posts I can't find the answer. What I'd like to be able to do is to to tap on a cache icon in Memory Map on my PPC and have the cache details that I have in Cachemate open automatically. Is this possible and more importantly-How do I do it? Thanks for any help Quote Link to comment
+Kryten
The magic spell is "\cmate:GCxxxx" and this string needs to be inserted into the "Linked file" property of each Memory Map cache icon. Once this is done, double tapping on the cache icon will cause CacheMate to open the corresponding cache page (xxxx = waypoint ID). The next question is can I convert a gpx file and have all that "\cmate" stuff inserted for me automatically. Yes, Roolku wrote a script which works with GSAK to do exactly that. There should be an expert in this along any minute. Quote Link to comment
