Maintainence on other Cacher's Caches?

Yesterday I found a camera cache, and that camera (as reflected in the logs) had been full for over a year. Log after log just said TFTC and that the camera was full. Owner hadn't logged onto the system in over 6 months (his profile references paintball as a hobby... maybe he's off doing that now). I figured the film will only be good for so long in that cache, so I took the camera, developed it myself, scanned them and posted them. I'll probably drop off a new camera this weekend. But, still no sign of the owner! I'm not sure what else I should do. Its a great area for caches and I wouldn't mind being able to put my own cache right around there.
