Problem with uploading .kml for caches along route

Is anyone else having difficulty uploading .kml files today? I have not had problems in the past, but today it keeps asking me to select a file for upload.

I seem to be having problems with uploading files where the "from" location is a coordinate rather than a place in Google Earth. The problem is somewhat intermittent as I have a "Home" location that sometimes uploads and sometimes doesn't. I got around this on other locations by finding a fixed location (restaurant, park name) near my "from" location to use as a starting point, then it uploaded fine.
