jay11 Posted June 17, 2006 Share Posted June 17, 2006 It allows you to use the unit as a card reader for the microSD card. You can find it under "Interface" in the setup menu. The microSD card will show up as drive on the computer. You can then copy files to or from it, such as tracks saved to the card and maps. It probably isn't as fast as removing the card and using a real card reader, but it's more convenient than having to remove the card.
