Subcatagory Proposal in Business-Commerce/Restaurants Mission: To manage a subcatagory based on bad restaurant conversions. Most are unmistakable. We've all seen 'em. They are in all communities and neighborhoods. For example: The Burger Kings closes and Hal's Dry Cleaners moves in. The Hardee's folds and Ben's Meat and Three gets a cheap lease.
