+DNF Hound
Mac users? What's the best (ideally, free) way to download waypoints to my Mac so I can transfer them to my Garmin Venture? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
andylphoto
It's not free, but I have been using Mac GPSPro to talk to my Garmin. If you have access to a PC and can wait a while, Garmin has announced that all their software will be available for Mac by the end of the year. Quote Link to comment
+Wacka
MacSimpleGPS is freeware. Use it with no problem and I have a Venture too. Use MacGPSBabel to get them into your Palm Quote Link to comment
robertlipe
If you find the snapshot at the successor to MacGPSBabel at http://www.macsimplegps.com/macgpsbabel/index.html to be useful, please drop the developers at line. Feedback on it has been scant. Quote Link to comment
Barrikady
LoadMyTracks will do what you need, and it's free. In addition you can use your USB port if your GPSR has USB capability...very sweet! http://www.cluetrust.com/LoadMyTracks.html Edited May 13, 2006 by Barrikady Quote Link to comment
+user13371
LoadMyTracks will do what you need... Does LoadMyTracks let you copy data TO your GPS? When I last looked, it seemed only to copy them the other way, from GPS to Mac. Quote Link to comment
