ram1000 Posted March 1, 2006 Share Posted March 1, 2006 I was looking at Mapsend lite which came with my XL. Is there a way to plan a route on this or is the detail just a globe of the world. I did find Portland on it but was unable to get any detail other than that. Quote Link to comment

If you don't know what state or country you are in then I guess it might help with that You'll need Directroute or Topo 3D for details. DON'T PAY $149! You can get it A LOT cheaper just about anywhere other than Magellan. Try Amazon or ebay - or the garage sale section of this site. Quote Link to comment

A version of MapSend Lite that can show detailed eXplorist maps delivered on SD-cards (or downloaded to SD-Cards) will be available for download from www.magellangps.com or so I've heard.
