icefall5 Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 (edited) I recieved an eXplorist 200 for Christmas last year. I am VERY happy with it, I just would like to upgrade to a GPS with a USB cable to download the files to it. I am finding it is very troublesome to plug in all the coords into it when I want to go on a caching spree. Please help! By the way, I define "cheap" as $100 or less. I also would need any software for it. Edited February 13, 2006 by icefall5
Team Tigger International Posted February 14, 2006 Posted February 14, 2006 For less than $100 you can buy a Garmin eTrek. It's pretty basic but it does have a serial cable you can use to load waypoints. Alot of cachers have logged alot of caches using this unit. Wulf
icefall5 Posted February 16, 2006 Author Posted February 16, 2006 I don't like that style of GPS. The buttons area all on the sides, and I don't really like that.
MetroGT Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 http://pc-mobile.net/mex100.htm It's a website for a cable made to connect to the Explorist 100/200/300
icefall5 Posted February 26, 2006 Author Posted February 26, 2006 (edited) Someone gave me an offer but I can't remember who. If it was you, please PM or e-mail me. Edited February 26, 2006 by icefall5
icefall5 Posted March 1, 2006 Author Posted March 1, 2006 If you would like to give me an offer, then please PM me. It should be very cheap. I probably will not get any more offers, so this is now
