+Son of Blue
Are you interested in my original GPSr? I have a Garmin GPS 50 that is about 10-12 years old. It still works as good as it ever did. It receives up to 8 satlellites, uses 4 AA batteries or cig lighter adapter. Doesn't have mapping or computer compatiblity as it predates that technology. I have the original box and manual and an external mag. mount antenna. It's taking up space here and only has sentimenal value to me, never use it. Let me know what it's worth and we'll talk. KenG
Might make a good starter for my son. Give me an idea of your price? Didn't find any active listings on Ebay. Thanks, Ken Quote Link to comment
+Son of Blue
Might make a good starter for my son. Give me an idea of your price? Didn't find any active listings on Ebay. Thanks, Ken I hadn't really considered it since I know it's obsolete. I guess $50 + shipping? Just to make it worth selling and mailing. Like I said, it's only sentimental to me and I thought it might be an interesting addidtion to a collection. To be honest though, I'm not sure it would be a great starter for a boy (even though they can figure these things out easier than us). Not near as user friendly as the newer ones.
