The_Q
I haven't caught anything yet, but I have an expedition planned. The only catch is that I use an eXplorist 210 by Magellan. I'm not entirely sure how I'm supposed to load new waypoints into this thing, particularly since (from what I gather from the technobabble in the software it came with) the only way it'll update waypoints is through *.wpt files. The ones I have are all *.loc. Houston, we have a problem. Any suggestions? Q Quote Link to comment
+SgtSue
You should have "Magellan Geocache Manager" on one of the CDs that came with the GPS. Load the .loc file into it and then send to the GPS. Check the GPS Units and Software Form further down for discussions on the explorist line. http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showforum=11 edit to add: Guess I should say first load Magellan Geocache Manager from the CD on to your computer then load in your .loc or .gpx file into it and finally transfer to the GPS Edited December 27, 2005 by SgtSue Quote Link to comment
