Upgrading To Premium - No Answer Yet

My boyfriend has the same problem... even worse... money allready debited but he's still a basic member though we got an email saying otherwise.

 

To email Groundspeak does make no sense... we never received a reply to our mails.

 

I think you already did the right thing posting it here. Crossing fingers for you :-).

Thanksgiving weekend means that we're responding much slower than normal, compounded by one of the customer service folks getting married today. I'll make sure to follow-up on Monday.

 

If it has been a week then there is something else going on since the batch was done Wednesday before the holiday. Also the emails are promptly responded to so I don't understand why your boyfriend wouldn't get a response. So we'll look into it.
