To email Groundspeak does make no sense... we never received a reply to our mails. I think you already did the right thing posting it here. Crossing fingers for you :-). Link to comment
Jeremy Posted November 26, 2005 Share Posted November 26, 2005 Thanksgiving weekend means that we're responding much slower than normal, compounded by one of the customer service folks getting married today. I'll make sure to follow-up on Monday. If it has been a week then there is something else going on since the batch was done Wednesday before the holiday. Also the emails are promptly responded to so I don't understand why your boyfriend wouldn't get a response. So we'll look into it. Thanks Link to comment
