Research & Development sites (Wright Brothers to present), aviation firsts, etc. It could also included aviation related museums, homes of aviation pioneers, etc. Historical aircraft on static displays are under a separate proposal but could be combined. I would be glad to oversee this category. This would be separate from the historical spaceflight category or be combined into a larger aerospace history group. Just an idea to consider.
