Is the nomination period for June over? I just noticed the little buttons were missing from the photo entries.

Look here, at the rules page. At the bottom, it has a complete schedule for the contest.

Again, is the nomination period (eg: voting) over for June? I think the answer must be yes. That would give them a week to pick the winners.

Yes. Nominations are over for the June entries. Nominations occur between the 1st and 15th of each month.

Thanks Jeremy. If that was in the rules, my eyes couldn't find it in all the text.

Hmmm..you're right. It says that voting starts on the first, and the winners are announced on the 25th, but not when the actually voting ends. I know that I had read somewhere in there about it ending on the 15th. Not sure where, now, though.

The weekly cache notification email that goes out every Thursday. That is probably where Ambrosia saw it.
