+flper
Does anyone know the exact location of the tree on the gordon Mountain where the woman was found. I think that would be a cool cache. I know the old road is still there. Not sure if it is private property or not. flper Quote Link to comment

+iBrew
The legend goes: On top of the Gordon Mountain. A woman was murdered and left to die here many years ago. The man who killed her had a distinguishing scar on his face. When you drive up there at night, your car stalls. She walks to the car and checks all the windows for the man. She returns to her rock afterward and continues to brush her hair as she is doing when you first get there. The car will then start Quote Link to comment
+RoyalRed
What? I think it is located in central PA next to the shop that sells metric adjustable wrenches and left handed smoke shifters. Quote Link to comment
+flper
On the old gordon mtn road, the one that zig zags across the new one, there is a tree along the road where the woman was first found. This part is true. I just thought it would be neat to see the tree where she was found, and to visit the old road, before the whole mtn is developed with industrial parks and hotels. If I am not mistaken, the woman was never identified and they preserved her face some how. It is in Hershey. (just going by what I was told) Quote Link to comment
