I have downloaded .osm map files from openstreetmap.org to my Garmin Dakota 20 into the Garmin folder but they are not showing up when I try to switch maps.

When I try to down load a cache to my GPS, it says that Garmin plug in not located on my computer. I've re-installed it but no success. I've downloaded cache's with this computer before with no trouble.
