Hi, I should add that i did find this page: http://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=287 And i tried to click on the blue icon, but I'm not a premium member (yet!) so i guess that is the problem. Thanks.

I'm newbie here... just need something explained. -Found a cache that was supposed to have 3 trackables (travel bugs) One was reported not found on the 28 of april Two were reported as there on 14 june. Today (20 june) none are there. What do i do to help the owner? I wrote a note saying they were not there, was this the right thing to do?

As i understood it, the blue "medal" is giving the cache a good rating? I found a really good one, how can i give it a good rating? I'm guessing this is the rating? See image:
