  5. High-Up(Castle Dome) and High-Up #2(Signal Peak) are two great caches with views. Both gain over 2,000 feet on the way up. Both took about 4 hours for me round trip, but i tend to climb fast. Castle Dome Signal Peak

What is the furthest distance between two finds that you have made in ONE day (walking only)? 4 miles (over 8 round trip). before i had a truck, i had to walk for any caches in the AZ desert 2. What is the furthest distance between two finds that you have made in ONE day (driving)? nearly 1000 miles... Started in with one in NM, got a cache in TX, then OK, and finished near Kansas City, KS 3. What is the furthest distance between two finds that you have made in ONE day (flying)? haven't yet, but will on my honeymoon next year 4. How many caches have you found while NOT geocaching, meaning no GPS, no notes? hasn't happened yet 5. What is the most states that you have found a geocache in one day? I suspect the NE area. 4 NM, TX, OK, KS i also had a day of finding a cache in AZ, CA, and Mexico 6. What is the MOST times you have gone back to try and find a cache the owner said was there? 3. then felt really stupid when i finally found it 7. What is the LONGEST you have ever stayed at one cache trying to find it? 2 hours in the middle of the night in the middle of the desert. turned out to be nearly 65 feet from the landmark that was given.
  8. i did a cache as a memorial for a baseball teammate of mine... GC142RA he wasn't a geocacher, probably never heard of it... but it was a perfect location for a hide, as it coincided with the memorial of the baseball team. They moved the left field fence from 320 feet to 3(29) feet to reflect his jersey number.
  9. When i look at the cache listings page for my area, i now notice that certain names are in different colors (those who placed the caches). one is always listed in purple, another in blue, and one in red. is there specific meaning to these colors?
  10. my name comes from my alma mater, University of Wisconsin - Superior, where i played varsity soccer. my number all four years was 22, as it was in hs as well
