I would not care if my DNF's were displayed on my profile. As for the numbers, I really don't care how many caches anyone else has found or DNF'd. Whether you found 1 or 10,000 does not affect my game. Same for your DNF's. I only care how many I have found/DNF'd/etc. When I got to 400 DNF's, just awhile back, I created, awarded, and posted on my profile page a "DNF MEDAL" (I like to award myself medals for all kinds of things). My vote is that it does not really matter. P.S. Now, if you want to talk, "how MANY caches someone placed", that's completely a different story.

Wow, I just made a truly exciting discovery! Having been a premium member since 2003, with this new forum, I am now able to do something I was NEVER able to do before...sign in and use my original "BKip" account data to participate in the forums. Over the years of multiple requests for help the only useful assistance Groundspeak ever provided was "try creating a sock-puppet account" (which worked). I guess I can let my "RKip" account fade away now. Wow (again)!

Being easily confused, at first reading I thought you were saying you had found all 219 caches on the island, but after doing the math, and rereading your entry, I realized your saying that "All caches on the island have been found by someone (but, not necessarily by you)". Looks like you have at least 56 mores caches to keep you entertained. Having never heard of Jersey before, going though some of the photos with a few randomly picked cache pages, Jersey looks like a really fine place for Geocaching/Hiking and exploring a beautiful coastline.
