Okay, thank you. I have an other question, I would like to load the geocache points into the GPS. I must load into map area because I need free space for waypoints. How can I do that? I have a little problem with the GarminPoiLoader, when I install it, kill the existing garminusb driver and after install I haven't got garmin usb driver. If I reinstall the driver newly after the install the Mapsource can't find the GPS unit if I want to put maps to GPS. Have you got any ide? Thanks, monxla

Hi Everybody, I have a MapSource v6.13.4 and I load an Europe CityGuide v9 and select all regions and the "Include route claclulation data" checkbox stil disabled. I can't check in. Why? Have Anybody some tips or tricks? If I select a POI on the map, where I can't check the "Include route claclulation data", and I sat to the GPS go to this point, the GPS calculate the routing to this point perfectly. But I can't calculate route to/with an address. Have anybody got some idea? Thanks, monxla.

I clear the trip/reset trip/ from the menu and later /s***ch off the GPS unit and switch on newly past some time/ the GPS unit show me the cleared trip value. This is happen several case already. Hi I have a question please I start the magsendtool.exe : magsendtool -S 001.img I get a message: File 001.img WARNING: Checksum is not zero -> 463e Database dictionary file was not found in the map What can I do? How can I convert this img to shp? I load the img file into MapEdit, save as polish text and export as img file /i hope so this operation correcting the checksum/. Try to convert with magsendtool the "resaved" img the out mut is same, schecksum is not zero. Have anyboody get some idea? thank you

No any problem at all. My question was bad. The MGI file which anyboody can product by the world wide base map v1.3 is naturally ready for explorist 500 usage, put that into background map folder and simple use it. The IMI file is the detailed map format this confuse me. thx.

Need to increment the accuracy of map scale. The minimum currently is 35m/100ft . If the GPS unit accuracy is in the best case/WAAS sign/ is 3m, need to decrement the minimum value of map scale to eg. 3.5m/10ft.

Hi all, I fount a menu item in the advanced features menu named Projection. I don't known what does it do functionally. When I call show From, distance, bearing field and show a save "button". In the user's manual which located on the official site's support section I not found anything at all from Projection. Do you have anyboody some advice, whac does this menu item do? Hi, Help me please. I buy an explorist 500 by 2ndhand. Today my GPS is to be out of one's head,/went crazy/ show bad elevation, speed values eg. 32400 meter, 209km/h and sometimes lost the satelite signals, and the track log was bad. Do you have any idea which was the problem with my GPS? Hardware failure? Or software problem? How can I testing my GPS? The sw. version is 5.2.03 the basemap is Europe. thank you,
