Just turned 39 last week. Yesterday was the 1st anniversary of my 1st cache.

My ten states and 81 caches:

This is a three foot wide rock that can not be moved. It has a opening just under one edge of it that the cache is hidden in. The only thing I can figure is that someone thought the cache was hidden in the grass around it and cut it all down trying to find it.

Every other rock was still covered with the same growth except the one the cache is under. It looks like it's growing on the rocks to some degree.

I'm a little upset with someone. I placed a cache which was a pretty easy one. It was under a large rock. The rock was covered in dried up grass and weeds. Someone came by and cleared off all of that and made the rock stick out like a sore thumb. Please tell me that that is not a normal practice.

I have a Garmin GPSIII Plus and have lost my data cable. I'm looking to make a new one myself to save myself a little cash and I need to know the pin out. If anyone knows I would really appreciate it. It should only be two wires going to a db9 connector.

I wish my wife would like to get involved. She's fine with me doing it but just doesn't care to join in. My kids do sometimes but usually it's just me.

I was wondering about that myself. The first cache I went to had a TB but I didn't take it because I didn't know anything about them at that time. It's in a location that doesn't seem to be visited much because you have to go by boat so I was thinking about going back and helping him along the way
