I've been reading these forums (fora?) researching magnetic compasses for geocaching, and the Brunton Eclipse 8099 seems to be one of the favorites. Just wanted to let people know about a smokin' deal I found tonight. Amazon has the 8099 for $30.95 with free shipping. That's about half the price I've been seeing elsewhere.
