I have found the cache in question, and while I dont know if it is a legal hide or not, it did bring me to a section of guardrail that I would never have known about without geocaching....

I hope I am not wading into a hornets nest by posting about a local issue on a national forum, but I generally agree with the above post. That's not to say I agree with replacing the cache...I personally believe that, US Americans are unable to do so, because, uh, some people out there in our nation that don't have maps......

Im no fan of anything Ohio State, but do yall think there is anything positive to be gained by referring to the campus police as Barney or the Keystone Cops? Im sure they will go out of their way to help someone who was insulting them.

If you want to make it disappear now, go back and change your will attend log for that event to a date that is at least 30 days ago, or just delete the will attend log.

I enjoy night caching in the woods more than in urban settings, but when walking in the woods at night watch where you step. I once came within a whisker of stepping on a Copperhead while night caching along a lakeshore...

Its not my hide, but This cache here was recently transformed by Mother Nature.

The AF has strict definitions for terms like should, shouldn’t, shall, and shall not. The term ‘shouldn’t’ isn’t binding. You forgot this next part. That sounds pretty cut and dried to me.

How is that any different from a cache owner who authorizes a cacher to post a false find? Very different, you have to actually leave a knife if you say you do, not pretend to. I am opposed to knifes in caches. I guess that if some local groups of cachers feel that they are above the restrictions of the guidelines, and want to play the game by their own rules, there is not much I can do about it.

I had no idea that personal politics was linked to geocaching. Maybe that explains why I prefer regular country caches.

But do I have to do anything other than just peel it off? I don't want to mess it up! Press and peel. If that does not work, I will always say it should have.

I think the backwards sticker goes on the outside of the window and the Iron on gets peeled off revealing a normal decal.

I take any thing with a grain of salt posted by anyone who has more posts than cache finds.
