My ex-wife sent me a TB from Ohio to place while on vacation a few years ago. While going through some things I found out that I still had it. In doing some research I found that the number has been redistributed to a toy dinosaur. How do I go about getting this TB back into circulation and possibly finding its rightful owner? Thanks Dan
