Alright helpful folks, I'm sure this is an easy question for someone with experience. I'm new to GPS and got my first unit for Christmas. I was thrilled with it and installed the Mapsend Manager & DirectRoute on my home computer pretty effortlessly.
Months go by, in the rain, and I don't touch the unit.
Yesterday, I try to install the software on my work computer and I can't remember how to get MapSend Manager to identify my GPS unit. When I click on the User Profile I can edit my personal info, but not my Registered GPS Info. I've logged into Magellan's website, which does have my Serial Number on record, but that doesn't seem to help.
Actually, I don't even really care if MapSend Manager knows my SN# or not, but it seems to be preventing me from running DirectRoute without this registration.
Any help, please?
