Hello fellow geocacher's, I would like to place a nano on some railings that form part of a listed building, Where would I start to seek permission for this other than the local council? My feeling is that I will not be granted permission so was thinking about a lamppost or similar, opposite the building or along the street, but again who would I ask permission to place there also? Thankyou in advance
