  1. Would it/ should it be an unwritten rule that you can be the only one in the forum to post here ...er....wait I guess it's a written rule now. Now I'm the only one. It is kinda strange. Criminal, you must really be bored to come up with threads like this. But, that's OK. I'm really bored too! "Seek and ye shall find"
  2. I guess it goes something like 10% of the crowd spoil it for the other 90 "Seek and ye shall find"

Yeah, I don't think anyone could make a good case for those. BTW.... i did find something new to complain about after some thought last night. Let's just say that I know this guy Who was in a pretty bad car accident a while ago. He was rear-ended by a kid(18) by another kid(17). The 17 year-old that caused the whole thing was driving a 1995 Chevy Suburban (aka TANK). He actually told the officer on scene that he was "spaced out and never saw the car till he hit it!" I know this because I was there . Now for the complaint. It comes as no surprise, I guess, that his parents bought him a new vehicle. "What make/model", you ask? A 2002 Chevy Suburban Now he can go half-kill or whole-kill someone else. I see it as sad. If this guy I know wouldn't have been in an overstuffed luxury car he would have almost certainly been "whole-killed" "Seek and ye shall find"
  4. I like to trade too.... I'm up to a whopping 4 caches now but I have a problem. I like caching for it's simplicity (i.e. to seek and find), so what can I trade into these caches that most people wont find as junk that won't break my limited budget? Thoughts anyone? "Seek and ye shall find"
  5. I'd like to complain about the fact that I've read most of these complaints and can't find anything original to complain about. In short you took all of the good complaints. "Seek and ye shall find"
  6. Two alcoholics were working late at Baltimore/ Washington Airport. It was between pays and they were broke. Needing a drink pretty bad Jack said to John, "Ya know, I heard on the TV that if you drink jet fuel you'll get drunk and you'll never get a hangover". John replied, "Right about now, I'll try anything". So off to the flight line they went. They drank and drank and drank. After an hour, they had the best drunk ever, so they decided that they had better go home. The next day John called Jack. "That was the best drunk ever!!! I didn't even get a hangover." "Yeah, I know what you mean", Jack said, "do you want to get together and do it again tonight?" "Well there's one problem, I can't make it. Say, have you farted yet?" John asked. "No, Why?" Jack replied. "I'm in San Diego!" "Seek and ye shall find"
  7. quote:Also, as our area fills up with more and more caches to choose from, I've noticed that lots of people are beginning to skip the multis. I assume these are mostly people who are looking to pump up their Find counts as fast as possible,... I would be inclined to believe that geocaching is more about the hunt than pumping up your numbers. I'm new at this, did I miss the small print that said that this is a competitive sport???? "Seek and ye shall find"
  8. Hey BadDog, I finally got that link working right if you want to see what I was talking about. Sorry if I gave you a headache "seek and ye shall find" "Seek and ye shall find"
  9. Seems to me that you've got a fine cache going there. Keep in mind that only the people who want to do your cache will. Being that I live close to both Gettysburg and Harrisburg, PA, We've got tons of virtual caches here. Alot of caches are set up as a series, though. Check this out. The CCCooper Agency et al have virtual caches all over this area. Hope this helps....... 10. From looking at the find logs of caches in my area, there are lots of cachers running into one another. I live in the land of the CCCooper Agency. Thx to everyone for your input. I guess I'll turn the radio on and see what happens. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Matt 6:33

Actually, it's FRS channel 2 with FRS channel 12 as an alternate ...in either case, there is no sub-code. http://canflag.ptbcanadian.com/images/animated/provii/ontario1.gif Thanks for the correction . But, coes any one use them ????

  13. OK, I'm new to caching so answer me this..... I know that we have an frs freq of 2 subcode 12, but does anyone out there use it. I live in the Harrisburg, PA area and am a reasonably social person. I don't want to waste the time or batteries monitoring the freq or calling cachers that aren't there. Also, I don't want to tick any body off that dosen't want to be bothered. good or bad, let me know what you think.
