My Magellan downloads fine from my computer except for when the memory card is installed. Is there a trick to this? Thanks

My experience with Magellan repairs has not been that positive. My unit's basemap was corrupt when I got it. I sent it in for repair. About two weeks later I received it back with the same problem. The second time around it took two weeks again.

Is there a way to run a query on the caches that do not have any attributes. There seems to be a lot of them that don't have any. Thanks
