I'll make 1 more suggestion than you'll have to pay me for my time......lol. Back to the circle part (menu?) again. Maybe put those arrows or triangle shapes around it and put the N,S,W,E letters inside. You might even think about adding additional arrows or directions like; NW, NE, SW, SE also.
