Is it ok, and even possible to log on geocaching.com finding the same travelbug twice.

I've seen a Hand Operated Hydralic Pumping Device used as a cache container.

If your looking to find about 6+ caches in teh same relitivly place I would recommend Winton woods, i have 2 caches there, and there are many more in the park too. http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.asp?ID=50826 and http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?ID=47548 However even if you go to Winton woods or the garden bug cache you will have to buy a park permit, which are $3 for a year, and $1 for one day pass.

Airplanes fly in great circles if you know what that is. The distance that appears on a TB is "as the crow flies" not the actual distance you went.

Mountain Wanderer has also found some of my caches (in cincinnati, ohio) as well as other nearby cahces. Bruce S. is about to find his 2000th, he also has found many in my area.

It wouldn't be to hard for be to get permission to place it if necessary, especially since I know the park brass real well.

Is it ok to place a micro cache in an amusement park. Since it is a commercial venue.

Couple odd containers I've see, are a birdhouse, and someone dug a hole in the gound in the woods, and put a mailbox in it.

You GPS reciever will work anywhere in the world, thats the whole Point of the Global Positioning System.
