  1. Yep, if I log into the main website I still get logged as a basic member. I still can't access pocket queries or member caches. It's bee the same for 3 days now and still no response from Groundspeak. Not impressed
  2. I recently paid my premium membership renewal and when I got the email confirmation back about it, the expiration date given was the exact same as the the previous one which meant I had paid $30 for no membership. I contacted Groundspeak about this and I was sent a generic response stating: Well, I now have no access to any premium features, I am getting no further response from Groundspeak and when I look on the "Report A Website Problem" page I see other people have posted similar problems but they have been dismissed as one-offs and not a site issue. But according to the message that I got which admits a problem with the payment system then it would seem it is not a one-off. Despite numerous messages to Groundspeak I have not had any further responses from them and I now have no access to many of my local caches, no pocket queries and no $30 in my pocket. Is there anybody from Groundspeak on this forum who can comment on this situation and actually fix it rather than simply reporting that "This issue should now be fixed" when it quite obviously isn't?
  3. I eventually got my code about 8 weeks after paying - by which time I had bought GSAK and I have never actually used GPX spinner since receiving my code!
  4. I have been using Cachemate on a Palm Tunsten E2 for a long time and have always found it to be a fantastic bit of software. My Palm recently bit the dust and I replaced it with a PPC running Windows Mobile 6 as it is much more suitable for my day-to-day needs. I have just re-registered my copy of Cachemate for use on the new device and set about importing a GPX file containing around 1000 caches. The process took the best part of an hour to complete whereas my Palm would import my entire GSAK database of 15000+ caches in around 15-20 minutes. I have checked the output settings in GSAK to check I wasn't putting anything OTT in there and everything appeared to be the same as I set for the corresponding Palm output. Is there such a massive difference in import speeds between the devices or am I doing something wrong? If I wanted to import the same database into my PPC as I had in my Palm, it would take days, even if I broke the DB down into seperate smaller files.
  5. Well, I'm now at three weeks and still no unlock code. I don't know how busy you have to be that it would render you unable to run a code generator but it's pretty poor that you should have to wait so long for a service which you've paid for. A refund would be more suitable now
  6. I know people on here have said that it can take a while to get a registration code for GPX Spinner, but how long on average has everybody waited? I made my payment two weeks ago and still nothing. I've had no responses to emails or PM sent via this forum - surely it can't take that long to generate an unlock code
  7. Crikey - that was quick... Just received the file now.
  8. Thanks for that. Just set a query up and I'll see whether anything turns up - seems a few people have had issues getting them delivered.
  9. You don't need the number to pay - you get the number after payment. Then you go back to the page, enter the number from your email and click the subscribe button. Hope this helps.
  10. Is there a way to download batches of GPX files - similar to when you choose the 'select all' option and then download them as a LOC file? I would like to be able to import a number of items in one go but opening each and every page seems a bit laborious. Thanks.
