I recently paid my premium membership renewal and when I got the email confirmation back about it, the expiration date given was the exact same as the the previous one which meant I had paid $30 for no membership. I contacted Groundspeak about this and I was sent a generic response stating:
Well, I now have no access to any premium features, I am getting no further response from Groundspeak and when I look on the "Report A Website Problem" page I see other people have posted similar problems but they have been dismissed as one-offs and not a site issue. But according to the message that I got which admits a problem with the payment system then it would seem it is not a one-off.
Despite numerous messages to Groundspeak I have not had any further responses from them and I now have no access to many of my local caches, no pocket queries and no $30 in my pocket.
Is there anybody from Groundspeak on this forum who can comment on this situation and actually fix it rather than simply reporting that "This issue should now be fixed" when it quite obviously isn't?
