Thanks for all the suggestions, folks. Don't you hate when they factor the rebate into the price they display? I think that's sneaky. Ah, well. So far, I'm probably going with Amazon. I could probably save 10 bucks, but I'm not sure it's worth the risk of buying from Uncle Shmo's Electronix Depot or whatever.

On the satellite reception page of a Legend, y'know the little bars that go up and down to indicate signal strength? Okay, well what does it mean when they're gray? Hey all. Complete newbie here, just saying hello. I just ordered a Legend from Amazon (btw, they have them for $149 after rebate) and I can't wait to try it out -- around here and on vacation in Puerto Rico in January! ...Yup. That's it. -Lutefisq

I just got mine today! (My first GPS -- can't wait to try this stuff out) Better hurry though -- the rebate is only good for purchases made by the end of December.
