I had no idea what I was getting into when I created an account at geocaching.com. I didn't really want everyone knowing too much about me because I hadn't yet met the multitudes of nice cachers around Fort Worth. I thought , scratched my head , pondered , ruminated , cogitated and finally ask the wife . She said "Well you used to be a navigator on a KC-135, why not ex135navigator". And so it was. After nearly 500 caches, I shortened it to ex135nav.

I can't get the .gpx file to show in Google Earth. My intent is to see the caches in Google Earth. Are you viewing the .gpx file using GE? I apologize. I guess I didn't give full disclosure. I am not a big blue user. I have a MAC and I haven't been able to open a .gpx file either by going to File/Open/ and selecting a .gpx file or by dragging a .gpx file into GE.

I really like the capability to get caches along a route. I have created queries that have caches along a route, but don't see an easy way to create .kml files to show all the caches. I have bookmarked all the caches (one at a time) and then created a .kml of that bookmark set. Am I missing an obvious way to make a bookmark set from the query other than bookmarking them one by one?

Hello from Fort Worth Texas. We in south Ft Worth have just experienced a spate of cache killings. The vandal leaves a printed page that indicates "This cache has been killed by(XXXXX). You will be seeing more of me all over". Everything else including the cache log and pen are missing. In fact, this is my first forum post in a long time. I was looking to see if this thing had happened elsewhere. So far the best suggestion I have heard is "Give it time, but no publicity."

Might it be possible to make benchmark pages a little more like cache pages? Things like a printer friendly version, capability to download the corrdinates, etc. Smile! It adds to your face value.

Like the new look to the nearest page. When might the state map page be updated. It says on that page that it will be near the end of May. Is it nearing? Is it going to have the capability to show caches found or the capability to not show caches found? ex135navigator Smile! It adds to your face value.
