I have a few caches placed and can no longer look after them as not in area, can anyone take them over in Neath, UK? How do I do this?

Hi, having started my first caches I'm keen to do a more urban one. The question is do you email the council? I've looked for any links regarding general permission with reference to the Neath Port Talbot area in S Wales but cannot find any. Thanks

Hi Im looking at placing my first cache, I have an idea of the area which will be in the Neath area of South Wales and within forestry commission land. From my research it looks like as long as I abide by the main rules and their own additional rules I do not need to seek specific permission? So just looking for some clarification. Thanks.
