Will the two-tone be bronze and silver?
The two-tone will be gold on silver.
I am currently waiting for the samples (should be any day now) and will post pics as soon as I can.

I'm not taking reservations yet, but wanted to give a sneak peek of our upcoming coin. The front is 3-d and the coins will be in antique bronze (75 made), antique silver (75 made), two-tone (75 made) and black nickel (25 made).
Oh yeah, and the custom icon will be:
They are going to be around $8.50 apiece.

Mine arrived as well. It is very, very nice!! Thank-you so much!!

I enjoyed doing this designing, and the prospect of this a project. But my budget has taken a dive, I will no longer be participating in this project. Fortunately this project has made me realize that I have to figure out a way to use 'Tupperware' on coins, wihtout violating copyright.
I don't mind not being in on this project, and it was a good learning experince.

How about TUPP3RWARE...probably not, but I tried! ooh ooh or Tupperw@re? hmmm I'm sure there has to be a creative alternative to this dilemma, there almost always is!
Or, how about TupperWear. You can claim that it has something to do with shirts from Tupper Lake in upstate NY

Like many in these forums, I have grown to love geocoins! I am in the process of having my first coin made (more to come on this soon...), but I loved the idea of handmade personal coins, so I decided to take a shot at making some.
I am calling them GeoSpirits and you can see pictures of the first 3 I've made below. Each "coin" will be unique (some will look similar, but each one is carved completely by hand and from scratch) and I have no idea how many I will make.
They are made out of a clay polymer that is subsequently baked and glazed. Supposedly they are strong enough that you can drill holes in them after they are baked.
I was interested in getting a little bit of feedback on these (like them, hate them, how to make them better, or whatever). I am also trying to figure out whether or not to make them trackable some how. I know I can't use regular geocoin numbers because they are not made of metal. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I received the Thunderbird Petroglyph in the mail today and all I can say is, "WOW!!" Thanks you so much for the beautiful 'glyph. It's obvious how much time and effort went into making this beauty.

I was lucky enough to find one in Think Spring II (a cache here in Newport, RI) yesterday. Awesome coin!!!!!!
-
I had a quick question. Is the hole in the coin part of the mold? I was just curious if it was possible to have the option of having the coin made with or without it. It's not a big deal either way -- just a thought...
-
So the new price could be as high as $125 for the first 25. The price for additional tag would not change.
No problem. That's still a great deal on getting personal coins made!!
Thanks again for putting this all together.

I'm still new to this, so I use a small lock-n-lock
I've gotta try the foam cut-out in pages. They look awesome!!

The timing on this coin was perfect! My oldest has his Eagle Board next week. I ordered one for him (hopefully he passes!!).

OK, I need some help. I'm new to this coin designing thing, so I'm not too sure what would look best and I know there are some very knowledgable designers in these forums!! I have 3 possible designs and would love to hear some feedback on which would work/look best and if there are any recommendations for making it better.
