  1. Are you saying if poor ol' Harmon wants to keep playing with us, he is going to have to go over to the dark side (FB)?
  2. You might want to check Facebook. M'thinks you missed my point ol' friend. So it goes .... Nah, I got your point. I was just taking the opportunity for a FB jab at ol' Harmon.
  3. OOPS, I logged that last response with the wrong account. I remember this event like it was just yesterday!
  4. Some Alabama dude has been seen in CA.
  5. If you had asked me, I could have told you that there is a 125KB file size limit. Stay below that and the image will not resize. I have always posted my images larger than the standard size.
  6. Thanks Keystone. Yes I am aware of this workaround but for some reason, the gallery is not sorted in date order and with pages and pages of photos, it is very difficult to find the new photos.
  7. I want to be able to keep up with new images that get posted to the logs on my cache pages without having to open up each cache page and check it. It would be great to have a "My Cache Image Gallery" link on my profile where I could bring up a gallery for the images on all my cache pages, sorted with newest images first, similar to the image gallery tab on the public profile pages.
  8. What happened? Did you remove your lift?
  9. Honk, I know where it is, but the sock violations were rampant. Exhibit A to the contrary. "Paragon of good taste," said Sergeant Seymour Argyle. Note to Self: Too bad about the tacky tags on his folding chair. I know better around those San Diego folks, but there were some others in the group that were oblivious.
  10. Honk, I know where it is, but the sock violations were rampant.
  11. This is what happens when an FJ hangs with a bunch of Jeeps for a week:
  12. G.P.S. - That must be the Guayaquil Positioning System - That explains it. Very cool BTW! (This one and the 15K one)
  13. San Diego County – At a press conference today Sgt. Seymore Argyle of the San Diego County Unbunched Sock Police (SDCUSP) announced that the rate of unbunched-sock recidivism continues to creep up in spite of determined efforts to cut the problem off at the knees. Sgt. Argyle explained that "F'r some reason Ah don't un'erstan' th' problem is at it's worst in east county." Sgt. Argyle also explained that an increasingly large numbers of male baby-boomers are going into retirement causing a runaway increase in unbunched-sock violations. With retirement there is a movement from long pants into shorts and that brings into public view a vast number of once-closeted unbunched-sock wearers. As Sgt. Argyle put it "Worse thang is that we're now seeing a lot more unbunched black-nylon socks." Several new deputies have been added to the SDCUSP staff to handle the increasing rate of sartorial disobedience in public places. Citizens are encouraged to report violations. Maybe it's becoming the "new" style and all you bunched sock types need to get with it!
  14. Way to go guys! Is that another cache hidden in that rock?
  15. Mark you calendars for the annual Colorado 4x4 event on August 6th: Mountain Grillin' and 4x4 Caching Adventure
  16. You would fit right in with the Swamp People Chris. In all seriousness though, great work guys.
  17. Yep, caching with the family is fun. We've been caching for a while now, but our family has grown a bit since we started. They still enjoy it, and I am lucky enough that they enjoy hiking/snowshoeing with me. Now they can do some of those Tahosa caches with me. Nice Fam.
  18. Way to go. I wish I could have been there.
  19. Honkity, honk, honk, honk!! Good on ya, Harmon, for doing the full monte out there!! That hike almost killed me!! And you didn't even warn me this time!! It looks like it almost killed Harmon too.
  20. Nice Shot. Did you bring snow shoes just in case?
  21. Luckily for everyone on MY e-mail list, I don't think there are any nude or semi-nude pictures of me floating around out there... And you a Barrister. What about the people that you have sent emails to? And what about all the people on all of the emails sent by the people that you sent emails to? And so on ...? All easily gleaned from the sent-to lines of your emails and theirs. Not only nude-photos as the perp' in this case was interested in but the wealth of other personal information mined and deduced from the descending tree of "To:" addresses that emanate from your own emails? One can say, "I don't personally know of anyone attacked in this way." Well, of course not, that's your one and only protection ... that you are one in millions of potential targets so admittedly it seems a slim likelyhood to be hit. Too many for the perp's to deal with. Trouble is ... what's the actual chance of your email address being targeted. Remember ... in a single trial there's only two outcomes; hit or not hit ... a coin flip. One trial doesn't affect another so chance is 50% on a single trial. (Would you bet your house on a single such trial?) By the way, did I mention that Facebook user data is sold by way of the Facebook game developers ... assuring that Facebook can deny selling it. Slick! Ain't no thang to me ... just think about it and keep in mind what the underlying purpose of Facebook is. Yeah, it's almost as bad as some guy pulling your innocent photo from a geocaching.com log and doing some kind of PhotoShop molestation to it.
