I am in Istanbul right now but it is very temporary. I plan to get at least one cache this wednesday.

I had a problem boarding a flight to the US from Amman, Jordan. They wanted me to put it into my checked baggage. Eventually I talked them into just letting me take the batteries out and keeping the GPS in my carryon.

I have found that the windshield mount and the car charger were must have items for me. Also I have a heavy duty canvas carry case by garmin that is felt lined on the inside.
