  1. I finally got it right. I WAS missing a step and now have managed to remove 3 missing TB's and officially log in one that showed up in my cache container but was never officially dropped off. Thanks so much for your help and reply. Happy Hunting Team Saprod I forgot to say...the step I was missing was confirming that I wanted to list the item marked as missing.

  3. I must be missing a step somewhere. You can mark an item missing from your own cache page or did you do it from the TB page? By the way, thanks for visiting my cache, we've had fun meeting some of the visitors.
  4. On my cache page 3 TB's are listed that have not been in the cache for over a year. How do I "remove" them from the inventory list on the cache page. I tried to "mark the item as missing" but nothing changed. Any suggestions or answers are welcomed. Team Saprod
  5. Thanks for the input and information. I keep learning new things about this obsession we call geocaching everyday.
  6. I've noticed that starting with year 2005, the year has been eliminated from the automatic date that shows up with the log on a cache. Why? I think the year is important, especially for more remote caches that might only get visited once a year. Any answers? Team Saprod
  7. What's up with discontinuing Virtual Caches. Many of the virtuals I'v been to are way more interesting and informative than some of the really lames caches that have no interesting features, no great views, no reason for being placed! I own one virtual and all I get is positive feedback in the logs about the information they have learned about our little town. Many vcirtual caches are easy for the handicapped cachers. Hey, if some folks think that virtuals are not enough of a challenge, then don't go to them. It's a no brainer. Team Saprod
  8. I visited a cache that should of had two TB's in it. But between the visit of the cacher who placed the TB and myself visiting the cache, 5 teams had hit that cache and not one of them has logged on the internet, only signed the log book at the site. They picked up the TB's but have never logged them "out" of that cache and added them to their own inventory. So, how do you contact a team that hasn't logged in to ask where the TB is. It's pretty frustating to watch a TB travel all the way from Germany and get lost because some jerk doesn't take the time to follow the game rules. I sure would like to contact that team and see if they still have the TB. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks, Team Saprod
  9. Help. I retrived Generic Travel Bug TBF95 from Caba-7 cache (GC8A8C) on 2-06-03. I was sure I had logged it as such. I placed it in 188 Rest Stop cache(GC43AB) on 2-10-03. When logging that find I wasn't given the option to remove it from my inventory and show that it was placed in that cache. Now that I have "dropped it off" I don't have the tracking number. I don't think it was ever assigned to me? What should I do. Hope to hear from somebody out there. Thanks, Team Saprod
