Original author is out of geocaching but he posted the source code and the start of a version 1.5.
A geocacher from Spain has picked it up and posted it at http://cid-1650b0281518aa1b.skydrive.live....wse.aspx/Public
However, make sure you read his notes because there are some things that do not work correctly. It looks like he knows some programming and is fixing the glitches. I hope so, I think it is a great program. I have used it as my paperless program for over 4 years.
