If you're down here in my neck of the woods... Porterville finally has a cache! It's still awaiting approval though. I hope the coordinates are accurate...This being my first time and all. I'm going back out tomorrow with my son to see if he can locate it on his own. Secrets of Success Michael

I got out yesterday after work and found 5. That brings my total to .......drum roll please 8 LOL! I don't know how you folks ever got to 500 Wow!

I hope to place a couple of caches deep in the backcountry next summer! You know the kind you have to walk for days to reach

Newbie here! I'm in Porterville Bought an eTrex ( basic yellow) and I'm ready to get out and learn how to use it. There are a couple of dozen caches that are 20 miles or less from my home so I guess I'll start there. Just wanted to say Hi...I'm currently reading the FAQs, trying to learn something
