  1. Sounds like were all helping with the coin...

Something that looks like a plate of Spaghetti with eyes. The meatballs could stand out with hard enamel or something. The edge of the place would be different colors to reflect te different sauses (could make the metal different for each as well).

Ok, someone else can handle the back...by the time we are done it should take long to get the coin made.

  2. Cute idea! I wonder if you could put the Geocaching logo on each square of tp??

How about this? There's still some blank space on the back side? Does anyone have any ideas I could use for that?

EDIT: I'm not sure if Groundspeak would allow the image to be skewed like those are...

They have on other coins as long as it is made like you have to look like it fits. On the tick coin the edges were curved to make it look like the logo was on the tick and rounded not flat.

  3. Did I miss something, did yo have these or were they not going to be trackable when we make the trade a month ago? Really like these, to bad set the others free already.

I'll sent you one more in a different metal for one of these?

  4. Nice design!

I would add some colorful beads in the "Catcher" part... like Dream Catchers often have.

    I like your creativity!

Have lots of ideas, but I am not making these coins to make any money just to enjoy geocaching a bit more. Watching the trackables and such. Kids are loving this. We were on vacation last week in FL and they went from the pool to the beach and back except to geocache.

  5. One of my daughters liked  our first coin "United We Stand" so much she wanted one of her own. Here is what we came up with.

    dreamcatcher.JPG

Outside ring would look like rope.

The gray area would be cutouts (real dreamcatcher effect)

Items in catcher would be seen from both sides

The feathers would be danglers and if possible 3D not just 2 sided.

    Custom icon – yes

Trackable at geocaching.com and ‘tracking number’ would be etched on edge of coin.

Metal choice; 100 gold, 100 silver, 50 antique gold and 50 antique silver ($.60 additional for the antique metal).

Cost would be around $10.00 s/h included (US and Canada). This is just an estimate no quote from mint yet.

Your thoughts, criticism and appreciation; on design, cost and choice of metals will be readily accepted.

    Would you buy?

  6. OK, I am confused. I had a chat with the post office I will use. VERY nice lady. She will calibrate my scale for me, and offer me the large mail bins to bring home. The chat was yesterday, and she told me that buying the postage online, I would get the delivery confirmation free.

Though I wont bicker about 14 cents.....Im just scratching my head now even more. By the time I get my coins I will be bald.

The .14 is through paypal not USPS, I think. I have lost some hair over this as well. Didn't realize the cost to use paypal. So I am eating that. Well worth it though.

I haven't shipped coins before but in my business we ship 100-120 FedEx and UPS shipments each day and the .14 seems cheap compared to gettting the call and not being able to do anything.

By the time my coins get here in 2 weeks I hope to have this all figured out.

  7. All Invoices have been sent, if you didn't receive one and you had placed an order please contact me.

    Only 11 coins left.

    7 Gold

    3 Antique Gold

1 Antique Silver (came available today due to change in someone's order)

Thanks to all who ordered. I hope to ship before Thanksgiving when I go to my first cache event:
