After some renewal problems got cleared up, like when and how much would be charged.... some problems still remain I don't know if I am still a "charter member" or have been demoted to premium member. Since the renewal date (11/17/03) my four pocket query files have ceased to function, or at least I haven't received any from you. These have been working for many months. You are my last resort...

Started out fine on 12/30... Then went well for the next 2 days, then quit.. I'm sure someones working on it - aren't they. Its a great option to have your PDA with the info.. ITS WORTH THE CHARTER MEMBERSHIP. This is not a plug....
