44 in a couple of weeks, spouse is 45. FIRST baby is 2. "They" told me I was considered a "geriatric" mother when I had the baby at age 42. HA! BTW: Daddy is intent on teaching the kid all the joys of building your own ham radios and such. Perhaps there is a nice second wave of geeks in the making.

I've got a 1-1/2 yr. old I usually take out with me on cache hunting. I've found caching with the stroller and toddler a wonderful "cover" when I'm doing urban caches. People don't seem to look twice at a mom crouching by a stroller even if she's reaching into metal grates or pawing through nearby bushes. And as many of the sites are in nice parks, baby gets to try out new play equipment. Daddy seems to think this is a pretty silly hobby, but he likes going out for a hike with us anyway.
