Chuck B sent me a pdf from a Powerpoint presentation with these slides in it. I converted them to jpg's and uploaded them to SmugMug. This presentation is for the Army and other military branches and highlights the concerns for our armed forces in using phones with cameras that geo-tag your location in the photos. But it is also something to be careful with for all of us. Just be aware that when you upload a photo taken on your phone there is a good chance that anyone with access to that photo can determine from where it was taken. The reviewer has noted several DNFs, the cache needs maint, etc. If no response, then the reviewer archives. I agree it would be nice to be able to keep the old ones around. If you want it to be kept alive, go and fix whatever is wrong with it -- after attempting to contact the cache owner, that is. There are lots of caches that are sort of informally adopted by the caching community when a cache owner goes inactive. If you can get in touch with an inactive cache owner, offer to formally adopt the cache. If you can't reach the cache owner, it should be OK to replace the cache to keep it alive.

Unfortunately I am not able to give out rides in the blimp, all I do is chase is and keep it clean. I bought a Jeep but have only been able to park and cache. Most of my caching was in New Jersey and the parks and roads were all blocked from motorized vehicles, and I am too law abiding to flaunt that rule. Oh, OK, I'll give you a ride in the Yeep anyway... I sent you my number, so give me a call when you come back in town...

Actually, I have it on good authority that they created a joint account due to the fact that Marko knows that I've been timing my cache releases to avoid Marko on account of the infamous "dunk tank incident"... Come on folks ... think hard, who has shown personal traits that would include aspiring to the social status of a reviewer? "Aspire" implies an ascension -- and that's not the usual direction when referring to achieving the "social status of a reviewer"... Anyway, from what I've read in the forums, becoming a reviewer is kind of like becoming a pope. You have to exhibit no interest whatsoever in becoming a reviewer in order to be considered. It's kind of hard to aspire to something and have no interest in it at the same time. (But that's just the sort of multiple personality that the Lillypond looks for -- or so I've heard...) I know a few ladies that were flirting with the Lackeys in Seattle....hmmmm.....I wonder.... Ahem....
