Thank you both for the info and the links - much appreciated, and will now go purchase a 101.

Anyone out there use a Garmin Foretrex 101? My Magellean Meridian has, um, died, and to be honest, I never used all of the bells and whistles that it offered, and indeed, used veRy few. As such, rather than pay close to $130 to have Magellan fix it, as well as pay shipping and handling, I'm thinking of going a bit more low-tech with the Garmin Fortrex 101. Any thoughtS?

Anybody having problems adding items to your watchlist today? I have failed multiple times trying to add a TB.

There's at least one in eastern Massachusetts as well.

There is this cache up in Western Maine that is underwater. We haven't tried it yet - despite it's shallow depth, it isn't logged all that often (once in the past 15 months?), so a cache that requires SCUBA gear may see even fewer visitors...

Team brew-crew: Like you, I am new to this, but for heavens sake, it never even occurred to me that I should go out and rent a front end loader to go dig up all the benchmarks I'm planning on displaying in the airplane hangar I've got in my backyard.
