I lost my subscription on the 3rd due to the fact that the credit card I used expired. So on the 5th I updated my card info and resubmitted my membership, but now I see Groundspeek resubmitted it again on the 7th and got paid again, so I have paid twice for the same month. So how do I fix this, I know have two S #’s

Did ya put a note on the cache page? No, but I did send an email to that person who was the 100th, but maybe I should do this as well for the owner.

GREAT Thanks for the help and for the understanding. Please close the thread. Hang on a sec, Hobo2. I'm afraid that when the card you use with PayPal expires they cancel all your active subscriptions. Just updating your payment method is not enough to regain the subscription. In this case you'll need to setup another PayPal subscription here. I know it's a pain but PayPal isn't smart enough to start up a previously canceled membership. Thanks for supporting the site! It's for the cache NOT the cacher. I think it's a good idea. I'll have to think on it... Are you looking to make the coin yourself, or would you just like to see one available? I'd like to see some ideas... not a very good artist.

That would have been just before the weekend. It might be worth an email to Groundspeak to make sure they have the information they need. When your membership is activated the ads will disappear. Whoooo, this must be why. I hope I can keep my status... I'm proud of it.

No, but I did get a message saying it was time to update my auto-pay account, which I promptly did... the issue was as to the card expiration date had to be updated. As soon as Groundspeek sees that my account has been updated, will I become a Premium Member again... I thought this would have been settled by now because I updated it 2 or 3 days ago.

Today I went to do a zip code search for some caches, and low and behold here are some commercials thrown in my face about every 4th or 5th line down... I DON"T LIKE THAT. We pay dues, why must we endure these commercials. If there is one thing that will turn me off is force feeding me stuff I don't want to see. Commercials do help on expenses, I understand that. It is fine by me to have them along the sides of everything we see (now there even placed on the sides of the cache pages), but having to wade through them is way over the top I think... when do we start to see pop-ups. What are your feeling about this. Is this too much greed, have they gone to far on commercializing this sport for you too?

Wow, I thought, does this person even know? I also pondered what a significant milepost this was for the cache itself. This signifies the caches popularity, the owners commitment and proves this cache is an asset to our game. I don’t have to tell you because we think alike, but I thought, does anyone place a special prize in their cache for the 100th person who discovers it… how about the 1000th? We have coins commemorating FTF‘s, for the 1000th find by us, etc, but what about our caches, should they along with the owner be celebrated for a job well done? Let us not forget the backbone of our game… the caches themselves. If this isn’t being done already shouldn’t it be? If it is will someone enlighten me. I feel the next challenge to all you coin makers out there is to make a coin commemorating our caches milestones, what do you say to that? I would like a coin made commemorating my caches milestones, also something to give to the owner of a well visited cache may be a nice idea... any ideas.

I don't know what you are doing wrong, but the maps today are working just fine for me and I have dial-up. I for one enjoy the new maps, I hope you can find the trouble and enjoy the new maps as many of us do.

I know the little green guy is our logo, but for me I'd like to have something more techno... you know something like Warm Fuzzies (aka parkrrrr) does... I hope I got the name correct. In the Geocaching Resources & Tools offered to us, there are some wallpapers offered for us to download. All except the one at the bottom are of the little green guy. I like the one at the bottom by Warm Fuzzies (aka parkrrrr), very much and have it now as my wallpaper, but its getting old, so something new would be nice to have. It would also be nice to be able to download something new to use at the bottom of my emails for instance... as part of my signature, do you see what I mean? Hope you can come up with something. PS. I'm sorry, but the cartoony type wallpapers Groundspeek offerers just don't fit me. I would like to see something more tecno, more realistic, something new, any ideas?
