One of the buttons on the phone next to the center button should bring up a add a waypoint section and type the coordinates in there.

You wiil need to re-grab the trackable, and edit your find log on the cache you want to place it in with a dropped log which is under where you type your log.

You can put the tracking number on something, grab it and place it in another cache.

Just a lazy, annoying cacher response, ignore him.
