I just bought a GPS explorist 400. I hooked it up to my laptop, no trouble. I downloaded files from geocaching dot com. I sent them to the GPS. Guess what? They aren't there. I have read and reread the manual, I have looked through the folders on my unit, and I can't find them. Needless to say, I am more than a little frustrated and I have no where to turn to for answers..... except here!

I am new also, I bought an eXplorist 400 at Walmart for $200 but I can't figure out how to find caches that I downloaded from the site and right now I am tempted to throw the little thing down the toilet!!!!!!! I wish I knew someone who could SHOW me what to do because although I have read and followed all the instructions from the manual, I still can't work it.
